• Automated frontend and backend generation
• Integrated payments and hosting
• Automatic DevOps and cloud infrastructure management
• Specialized AI agents for designing, coding, bug fixing, and customer support
• Real-time application monitoring and user behavior analytics

Access requires registration and a paid subscription plan described on our Pricing page view pricing.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

By using Prettyai.dev, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will use the platform only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.
• You understand and comply with applicable laws relevant to software creation, deployment, and data privacy.

You agree not to use Prettyai Services to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing software.

3. Account Registration & Usage

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if unauthorized access is suspected.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Prettyai offers subscription plans with monthly billing.
• All payments must be made through authorized payment processors, currently Razorpay.
• Subscription details, features, and fees are provided on the Pricing page.
• We reserve the right to update pricing and subscription terms with prior notice.

5. No Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the Service.
• Refunds may be granted only if the Service is demonstrably faulty and subject to our discretion.
• Subscriptions may be canceled anytime; cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund paid periods.

6. Data Privacy & Security

• Usage of Prettyai.dev is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your information is collected, used, and protected.
• You are responsible for compliance with data protection laws concerning any data processed through Prettyai Services.

7. Intellectual Property

• Prettyai and its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property in the platform and Service, including software, AI models, and related content.
• You retain ownership of your generated code and projects, subject to the rights granted to us to operate and improve the Service.
• You can export and manage your code via GitHub integration at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities using Prettyai Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform or AI models.
• Distribute or resell the Service without permission.
• Attempt to breach any security or disrupt Service operation.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Prettyai Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We disclaim liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
• Prettyai is not responsible for user-generated content or external dependencies.
• Our maximum aggregate liability, to the extent permitted by law, shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prettyai, its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Termination does not limit other legal remedies.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in Indian courts.
